Acné fulminante y pioderma gangrenoso asociados a tratamiento con isotretinoína oral

Resumen
Se reporta el caso de un paciente de 18 años con historia de acné de cuatro años de evolución, que desarrolló lesiones de pioderma gangrenoso en los miembros inferiores después de iniciar el tratamiento con isotretinoína para acné fulminante.
