Enfermedad de Behçet asociada a trombosis venosa
Resumen
La enfermedad de Behçet es una enfermedad crónica y multisistémica, caracterizada por uveítis, úlceras orales y úlceras genitales recurrentes. Se reporta un paciente con enfermedad de Behçet asociada a trombosis venosa profunda, que presentó edema en la pierna derecha, úlceras orales y genitales, y pápulopústulas en rodillas. Hubo mejoría clínica con la administración de colchicina y prednisolona.
