Lesión pigmentada en sitio de injerto de piel

Mujer de 62 años a quien se le realizó resección de melanoma lentiginoso acral con aparición posterior de hiperpigmentación del sitio injertado, a quien se le diagnosticó hiperpigmentación del injerto cutáneo, una complicación bastante frecuente pero poco estudiada y que rara vez se presenta con hiperpigmentación intensa.
