Adenocarcinoma papilar digital agresivo

Resumen
El adenocarcinoma papilar digital agresivo es un tumor infrecuente con gran potencial metastásico y de recidiva local, que se manifiesta como un nódulo firme de consistencia de caucho en los dedos de las manos. Se presenta el caso de una paciente de 43 años con esta entidad y la revisión de la literatura científica.
