Cryoglobulinemia as initial presentation of B cell lymphoma

A 43 years old female patient presented with erythematous macules, located in the buttocks, abdomen and extremities that quickly evolved into large areas of ulceration and necrosis. After an exhaustive study of the case with the haematologist and based on clinical, paraclinical and histological findings the diagnosis of a cryoglobulinemia secondary to a B cell lymphoma was made.
