Talidomida y lupus

Resumen
Se presenta el caso de una mujer de 23 años con diagnóstico previo de lupus eritematoso sistémico, quien presenta múltiples placas inflamatorias, necróticas, con alopecia cicatriza! en cuero cabelludo, que a la histopatología revelaban cambios compatibles con lupus cutáneo crónico, e inmunofluorescencia positiva para lgG, lgM y C3.
