Systemic lupus erythematous has broad systemic manifestations; however, the cutaneous manifestations represent a large part of its clinical expression. Chilblain lupus is a rare entity that develops in individuals with genetic predisposition and a number of elements to be proven.
We report a case of a patient with systemic lupus erythematous who presented erythematous violaceous acral lesions with nail involvement.
