Cutaneous angiosarcoma associated with systemic sclerosis

We present the case of a 52 years old woman with cutaneous angiosarcoma. The angiosarcoma is an uncommon, aggressive tumor of poor prognosis, in this case associated with diffuse systemic sclerosis. The pathogenic vascular and endothelial association is briefly discussed. Both entities have triggers of poor prognosis.
