Cutaneous periorificial tuberculosis corresponds to a rare subtype of the disease. It usually occurs with ulcers of well-defined edges, painful, persistent in oral, anal or genital mucosa. Without treatment they can lead to spread of the infection and the death of the patient. It is associated in most cases with pulmonary or gastrointestinal tuberculosis. We present the case of 67 years old male patient that developed cutaneous periorificial tuberculosis in the anal region associated with gastrointestinal and pulmonary tuberculosis and that responded properly to treatment.
