Fibroxantoma atipico

Se presenta el caso de un paciente de 75 años a quien se le diagnosticó un fibroxantoma atípico, también llamado fibrohistiocitoma maligno superficial, de patrón histopatológico poco común.
Se comentan sus características clínicas, histopatológicas e inmunohistoquímicas, así como la importancia de realizar un diagnóstico preciso, dado el comportamiento benigno de esta neoplasia.
