Se presenta el caso de una paciente de 18 años de edad que presentaba en forma diseminada, grandes placas eritema to-violáceas, descamativas e infiltradas que a la histopatología mostraba un infiltrado linfohistiocitario en banda que corroía la basal con numerosos melanófagos y cuerpos coloides. Lesiones que aparecieron durante tratamiento con aurothioglucosa por un cuadro de Artritis Reumatoidea Juvenil.
Se publica por ser un caso típico de Liquen por sales de oro.
