Telangiectasia nevoid unilateral is an uncommon condition, which is generally acquired. It was first identified by Blaschko in 1899 and its precise pathogeny continues to be unknown. Some researchers have noted a strong correlation with a hyperestrogenic state. This is a case study of a young adult patient with telangiectasias on the right side of his face for the last 3 years with itching in the last 4 months. The diagnosis was
confirmed through a histopathological study.
