Abstract

62-year-old woman who underwent resection of acral lentiginous melanoma with subsequent appearance of hyperpigmentation at the grafted site, was diagnosed with skin graft hyperpigmentation, a frequent but rarely studied complication, and which rarely presents with intense hyperpigmentation.
