Abstract

Sock-line hyperpigmentation is an uncommon condition, acquired and it usually arises in infancy. It tends to be confused with child abuse due to lesion morphology. It is a benign condition and it improves over time, without any treatment. We present two patients with diagnosis of sock-line hyperpigmentation.
