Letterer Siwe's disease: dermatological diagnoses of a sistemic disease.

We present the case of an 8 months old patient with a mediatinal mass, lytic bone erosions in skull X-rays, violaceous papules and macules in palms and infraumbilical crease and slight splenomegaly. The histological and inmunohystochemical findings confirmed the diagnosis of a Langerhans cell hystiocytosis of the Letterer-Siwe type.
