Aggressive digital papillary adenocarcinoma

Aggressive digital papillary adenocarcinoma is an infrequent tumor with high potential of metastasis and local recurrence, it presents as a firm rubbery nodule located on the hand fingers. We report the case of a 43 year-old woman patient with this entity and a review of the literature.
