Abstract

The nasal tip and supratip reconstruction after oncologic dermatologic surgery is a big challenge for the surgeon who faces them. We present the case of a patient with a dorsum nasal postquirurgic defect, reconstructed with an island flap variant. In this paper we describe the technique and the results obtained using this flap.
