Idiopathic pyoderma gangrenosum in a 3 year old female.
Abstract
Pyoderma gangrenosum is an inflammatory skin condition that is characterized by painful ulcers and is usually associated with an underlying disease. We report the case of a three year old female patient with idiopathic pyoderma gangrenosum who required combination therapy with systemic steroids and cyclosporine to achieve adequate control.
