Cutaneous tuberculosis, a diagnostic challenge
Keywords:
Mycobacterium tuberculosis, skin ulcer, cutaneous tuberculosisAbstract
Cutaneous tuberculosis is characterized by a broad spectrum of clinical signs, and that is why it is necessary to maintain a high index of suspicion for chronic skin lesions with a torpid evolution. We report the case of a patient with aggressive cutaneous tuberculosis, the diagnostic approach and socio-cultural environment that affected its evolution.
