Lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma

Lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma of the skin is a rare cutaneous neoplasm with histological features resembling lymphoepitheliomatous tumors of the nasopharynx. We present the case of an 80 year old man who developed this tumor in his right shoulder. We emphasize the importance of histopathological and immunohistochemical studies for a definitive diagnosis.
