Primary hypertrophic osteoarthropathy

Primary hypertrophic osteoarthropathy, pachydermoperiostosis, is a rare genodermatosis. It is characterized by the triad of pachydermia, digital and periostosis changes. This article reports a patient aged 16 with clinical pachydermoperiostosis who also presents with pyelocaliceal ectasia. This association had not been reported previously.
