Presentation of the case of a patient who underwent an aesthetic nose surgery with excellent results and who subsequently filed a complaint with the institution where she was intervened and before a civil judge, for the not consulted publication that the surgeon made in the social networks of his successful intervention. Based on the ethical principles, the actions of the doctor and the patient are analyzed.
