Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm, a case report

Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm is a rare entity, and skin lesions are the most common feature. The condition usually present with erythematous,or purpuric infiltrated papules or plaques, particularly in the face and upper trunk. We report the case of a 61 year-old patient with this entity and review the literature.
