Abstract

Infantile digital fibromatosis is a nodular, benign, asymptomatic proliferation which is rarely ulcerated and frequently relapses. Usually it appears during the first years of life, although it may be congenital in a third of cases. It is located on the back or side face of the fingers, and less frequently in the feet. The case of a 7-month-old child with ulcerated nodules on the left hand fingers from birth who underwent surgical treatment with adequate clinical course was described.
