Abstract

Se hac e una r e vfsión completa de la ivermectina, una lactona macrocíclica del grupo de las avermectinas derivada del microorganismo del suelo Strptomyces avermitilis. Se destacan su composición química, metabolismo, farmacocinética, mecanismo de acción, efectos colaterales y usos clínicos.
