Abstract

Se presenta el caso de una mujer de veintidós años, con historia de lesiones ampollosas intermitentes asociadas a pérdida de peso y alopecia difusa. La histopatología de las lesiones es semejante a una dermatitis herpetiforme y la inmunofluorescencia directa muestra un patrón lineal. Se hace diagnóstico de lupus eritematoso sistémico (LES) ampolloso.
