Abstract

We show a case of a 32 years old female patient, who complained of five years of itchy papules and nodules, developed on the distal parts on the limbs. Crust and scale covered excoriated lesions. A punch biopsy was reported as prurigo nodularis. The response to the conventional treatments was poor, narrow-band UVB was started with good results.
