Queratoacantomas, late manifestations of Incontinentia Pigmenti?

We report a female patient with stage 3 Incontinentia Pigmenti (IP), linear pigmented patches following Blaschko’s lines which involve both torso and extremities. Over the pigmented lesions she developed 6 verrucous tumors during 3 years compatible with keratoacanthomas. These lesions, like subungual keratotic tumors of IP, might have been developed as one of the late manifestations of the disease.
