Abstract

La incontinencia pigmenti (IP) es una enfermedad infrecuente, con un patrón de herencia dominante ligado al cromosoma X, caracterizada por anormalidades del tejido ectodérmico. Afecta principalmente a niñas y, cuando el producto es masculino, usualmente muere in utero.

Presentamos el caso clínico de un niño de 21 meses de edad, con hallazgos clínicos y paraclínicos de IP, con cariotipo 46 XY.
