Abstract

Presentamos un caso de un tumor de células granulares en una mujer quien consultó por presentar un nódulo indoloro de 10 meses de evolución, localizado en la lengua. El diagnósti­co fue histopatológico y el tratamiento quirúrgico tuvo una evolución satisfactoria.

Describimos sus características clínicas e histopatológicas, con revisión de la literatura.
