Se presenta el caso de una mujer de 48 años a quien clínicamente se le diagnosticó un dermatofibroma en miembro superior derecho; al realizar biopsia excisional, la patología mostró un típico fibroepitelioma de Pinkus.
Dado lo raro de este caso se quiere realizar una breve revisión del tema.
