Perniosis lúpica

El lupus eritematoso tiene amplias manifestaciones a nivel sistémico. Sin embargo, las manifestaciones cutáneas representan gran parte de su expresión clínica. La perniosis lúpica es una entidad muy poco frecuente que se desarrolla en individuos con predisposición genética y con una serie de elementos fisiopatológicos.
Se reporta el caso de una paciente con diagnóstico de lupus eritematoso sistémico, que presentaba lesiones distales eritemato-violáceas con afectación ungular.
