Efectividad y tolerabilidad de la tretinoina de pacientes ambulatorios con "foto-envejecimiento" estudio multicéntrico abierto

Se realizó un estudio abierto, multicéntrico, con tretinoína al 0.05%, en 28 pacientes con signos claros de foto-envejecimiento, valorando la efectividad y tolerabilidad durante un período de 6 meses. Se presentó una mejoría moderada o marcada, en 19 de 28 pacientes, y en los restantes una leve recuperación, excepto en un enfermo que no manifestó cambios. La tolerabilidad fue catalogada de excelente a buena en 25 de 28 enfermos. No se observaron efectos secundarios de importancia.
