Hiperhidrosis axilar: Un nuevo método de tratamiento y revisión de la literatura
Resumen
Describimos un nuevo método quirúrgico sencillo para el manejo de la hiperhidrosis axilar, consistente en una pequeña incisión transversal a nivel de la cara lateral del tórax y muy cercana a la axila; por ella se introduce una tijera y se divulsiona entre dermis e hipodermis (mayor población de glándulas sudoríparas), luego se curetean ambas caras (dérmica e hipodérmica). Mostramos los resultados buenos en 5 pacientes que fueron sometidos a dicho procedimiento.
