Los quistes triquilemicos proliferativos en Wilson- Jones

El quiste triquilámico proliferativo (QTP) es una neoplasia anexial benigna con diferenciación folicular. Su etiopatogenia ha sido materia de discusión y especulación. Un llamativo número de nombres se han acuñado para referirse a esta entidad, cuyo mayor interés radica en la estrecha similitud que puede tener con un carcinoma escamocelular invasivo. Se hace una revisión cronológica de la literatura pertinente y se discuten sus hallazgos clínicos y patológicos, haciendo énfasis en estos últimos.
