Abstract

A 13-year-old male adolescent, with no relevant medical history, had an intensely itchy and generalized outbreak of two months' duration, without fever or other associated symptoms, which four days ago began with tense blisters with clear contents on both legs. On physical examination, he showed multiple flat, polygonal and purpuric papules, which converged to form larger plaques on the thorax, abdomen, back and extremities. Tense blisters with serous content were also observed located on both feet and legs, which appeared on the purpuric plaques and on healthy skin.
