Mastocitosis cutánea difusa
Resumen
Se reporta el caso clínico de un paciente con múltiples vesículas y ampollas en la cara y el tronco desde el primer mes de vida, acompañadas de diarrea y vómito asociados con la ingesta de diferentes medicamentos.
