Multibacillary borderline leprosy with leprosy reaction type 1 and 2.

Abstract

The approach leprosy has been changed positively in recent years; however, leprosy reactions remain a major clinical problem. We present a patient with multibacillary borderline leprosy who developed leprosy reaction type 1 and 2. We discuss the difficulty of management.
