The primordial objective of nail cosmetics is nail embellishment or nail care. To improve polish strength, gloss and adhesion, thermoplastic resins such as toluene sulfonamide formaldehyde resin, are added. It is the main allergen present in nail lacquer. We report a nineteen patient series with predominant eyelid and neck eczema who presented sensitization to toluene sulfonamide formaldehyde resin.
