Abstract

An 11 month old girl with fever, diarrhea, rash, conjunctival injection, erythema of the oral mucosa, cheilitis, cervical adenopathy, edema of hands and feet, impaired paraclinical tests and pericardial effusion. Kawasaki disease was diagnosed in the acute phase. She was treated with human immunoglobulin and aspirin, with a good outcome.
