Abstract

We present a case of a 26-year-old man diagnosed with epithelioid sarcoma in the right leg with metastases to lung and 4 months later a papillomatous nodule development in the right pubic region that proved to be a cutaneous metastasis.
Cutaneous metastases have a frequency that ranges between 0.7 and 10%, occupying the eighteenth place as remote metastatic sites. When present, they usually do it as nodules near the primary tumor.
Epithelioid sarcoma is a rare tumor that constitutes less than 1% of all soft tissue sarcomas. These entities are of very low frequency and their association is exceptional.
