Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia: atypical clinical manifestation

We report the case of a 31 year old woman with a soft nodular lesion on her scalp. The disease began three months before and subsequently was associated with alopecia plaques. The histopathological study reported angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia, an entity that has rarely been associated with this kind of clinical manifestations
