Carcinoma sebáceo metastásico

Se presenta el caso de un hombre de 90 años de edad, con lesión tumoral de crecimiento rápido en región malar izquierda, cuya patología reveló carcinoma sebáceo. Es manejado con resección quirúrgica y radioterapia. El paciente fallece 6 meses después del diagnóstico. La necropsia evidenció compromiso metastásico a tráquea, ganglios de hilio pulmonar, pleura visceral y parénquima pulmonar.
