Epidermólisis ampollosa adquirida

Paciente de 53 años de edad, sexo femenino, 5 años de evolución de ampollas en superficies extensoras de extremidades, mucosa oral y vulvar. Los estudios de histopatología, inmunofluorescencia directa (IFD) y hendidura salina son compatibles con epidermólisis ampollosa adquirida. Se inicia tratamiento con deflazacort y dapsona, con buenos resultados.
