Resumen

En este artículo revisaremos los aspectos más relevantes de la histología del folículo piloso que sean particularmente útiles para el dermatopatólogo que se enfrenta rutinariamente con el diagnóstico de las alopecias cicatriciales y no cicatriciales. Se hace énfasis en los criterios histológicos y aspectos prácticos más importantes.
