Superficial acral fibromyxoma is a rare benign neoplasm that mainly affects the periungual and subungual regions, clinically characterized as a slow-growing and not very symptomatic lesion, although it may be associated with the distortion of the nail.
The case of a man with this unusual dermatological condition is described and a review of the literature is made.
