Cutaneous lymphomas with bone marrow affection. Report of two cases.

We report two patients with diagnosis of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. The first patient with an adult T-cell leukemia–lymphoma and the second with Sezary syndrome, both of them with bone marrow compromise. Both patients had an aggressive evolution. The importance of diagnosis methods is emphasized.
