Abstract

Reverse psoriasis is an unusual clinical pattern that affects 2 to 6% of psoriatic patients. The skinfold compromise makes difficult to reach a timely diagnosis due to its similarity to a fungal infection which should always be ruled out. There is little epidemiological data and few case reports about this psoriasis subtype in pediatric population.
We report the case of a 4-year-old girl with reverse psoriasis.
