Lobomycosis is a rare fungal disease that affects people living in tropical areas with environmental and occupational characteristics that facilitate its appearance. The majority of patients are working men or inhabitants of jungle areas. They may present traumas with subsequent appearance of skin lesions, generally polymorphous, with slow and progressive evolution over the years. In these cases, there are delays in diagnosis and treatment. The latter has several therapeutic options with a variable response and partial effectiveness. The recurrence or progression of lesions is frequent. We present the report of four cases of lobomycosis in patients from the Orinoquía and the Colombian Pacific. The patients were diagnosed during health brigades with the Colombian Civil Air Patrol, in areas of difficult access in the country. It is a rare disease, which should not be forgotten.
