Se presenta el caso de un paciente de 73 años. Su examen físico mostró como hallazgo incidental un nevus de apariencia clínica displásica en la región lumbar. Se realizó una biopsia que reporta como resultado un melanoma originado en
nevus displásico preexistente. Se describen hallazgos histopatológicos de la lesión.
